How can I sign-up to receive Severe Weather Warning information?

To receive information from directly from us regarding Severe Weather Watches and Warnings you can sign-up to our Severe Weather Warnings and Watches emails via this link; https://lists.metservice.co.nz/multisub

We also offer a two-tier Warning system.  Watches are now signified by a yellow circle and Warnings are broken into two groups - Orange Warning (orange hexagon) and Red Warning (red triangle).  Red Warnings are reserved for only our most severe weather events, and the majority of warnings MetService issue will be Orange
